A bit about me

Hospitality is where I started. Since 2015 I’ve worked across kitchen, bar, restaurant, housekeeping and hotel operations, later progressing into supervisory and management roles.

My experience includes running shifts, supporting teams, handling customer issues, banking and reconciliation, rotas, EPOS systems and the practical day-to-day jobs that keep a busy venue moving.

I now work professionally outside hospitality too, but I still enjoy getting back behind a bar, helping at events and supporting venues when they need reliable cover.

Management experience Shift leadership, staff support, general management customer escalations and operational responsibility.
Personal Licence Holder Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (England).
£5m Public Liability Insured Fully insured for freelance hospitality work. Certificate available on request.

My years working in hospitality also led me to build HostedTable — my own booking and guest management platform for hospitality businesses.

I built it around the things I experienced first-hand working in pubs, restaurants and hotels, with the aim of making day-to-day operations simpler for the people actually running the venue.
